Unfortunately proper Pro Tools HUI implementation is the main lacking feature but in MCU mode you'll still have tons of problems. The mapping of the controller itself is super far from what you get with all the other daws (reaper included!). I've been reported by a user that he can't control plugins, can't control more then 3 sends, alt+touch and Ctrl+touch do nothing on PT10.3.10 and likely later versions as well, same with modifier keys of the Mac/PC keyboards + Faders (NB: The original HUI used to allow this).
