Tejiendo saberes, fortaleciendo la seguridad alimentaria del pueblo Wayuu

The IPSI Wale-Keru, within the framework of the Integrated Service for Attention and Prevention of Malnutrition (SIAPD), held a Dialogue on Ancestral Knowledge, Food Sovereignty, and the Dissemination of the Food Menu, together with our clients, their families, and representative stakeholders from the community. This event strengthened knowledge about traditional Wayuu food, promoted local food practices, and created spaces for participation where families shared their knowledge, experiences, and contributions to continue building strategies that promote the nutritional well-being of children, pregnant women, and families. From an intercultural perspective, IPSI Wale-Keru continues to support communities, recognizing the importance of culture, territory, and ancestral knowledge as fundamental pillars for health and well-being. 💚 We continue weaving health, nutrition, and well-being together with our Wayuu families. #IPSIWaleKeru #SIAPD #ICBF #FoodSecurity #WayuuPeople #AncestralKnowledge #InterculturalNutrition
