FMR 50th Anniversary Gala
30th & 31st August saw the Fancott Miniature Railway celebrating 50 years since the opening of the original 10 1/4" gauge Fancott Light Railway in 1975. The weekend featured a couple of visiting locos, a ceremony of cutting the railway's birthday cake, and a special cavalcade of all the locos (including the visitors) to mark the 50th anniversary. The cavalcade was also the first time that Pippa has made a full trip around the railway since she was destroyed in the fire in 2015! Thank you so much to all the railway's volunteers past and present, and thank you to everyone who has visited the railway over the years! Without you none of this would have been possible! Thank you for watching. Please like and subscribe.
