Frank Sinatra's Learjet disaster

In 1977 Frank Sinatra chartered a Learjet to transport his mother and her friend to Las Vegas. But five minutes after departing Palm Springs the jet hit a mountain top, killing everyone on board. This video follows an investigation by the NTSB - including a transcript of radio traffic between the pilot, Palm Springs departure, and Los Angeles control, and the enormous search and recovery operation that was initiated after the jet disappeared from radar.
