Traveling with a caravan of Bedouins in SUVs, pickups, and Land Cruisers, the ride itself is an exhilarating experience across the endless dunes. Upon arrival, the Bedouins set up camp and begin preparing a traditional meal. They invite Anthony to witness an age-old ritual—the sacrifice and preparation of a lamb, an important part of their religious customs. He then learns their unique cooking method, where food is buried and cooked beneath the sand instead of on top of it. As the night unfolds, Anthony takes part in a lively Bedouin game involving sticks, a test of endurance and camaraderie.
