It's been a busy few weeks in the garden! We started preparing for fall by trimming back the potatoes, building a new garlic bed, and planting garlic for next season. Two weeks later, we harvested the last of our green beans and peppers and took down the greenhouses for the season. We even harvested some massive 20+ pound cabbages!
