Recently, I went to try a true Poofi Bhai Buffet lunch in Lahore. It is famous for serving multiple traditional food items during lunch hours. This was a proper street food experience with simple desi dishes. I tried, Tikki with raita and chatni, Chanay Chawal, Beef Matar Qeema, Achari Chicken Qorma. Later I went to the famous Jatay Ki Daal with Desi Murgh, known for its simple and mild flavour prepared with a traditional desi ghee tarka.
