First time celebration of the Rhododendron Festival in Shetimay, under Merak Gewog in Tashigang District, Bhutan. The festival marked the showcasing of cultural and other aesthetic lifestyles of the people of Eastern Bhutan, particularly the communities of Merak and Sakteng, supported by the nearby Gewogs such as Phongmay and the District Administration of Tashigang.
