Planos League Starter Lunaria Season Torchlight Infinite

Let me make it clear in the description that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this build for a league starter. The items are quite expensive to make it comfortable (Israfel, Solid River, etc.) and compared to other league starters out there, it's much more difficult. But if you really want to play spell burst, I would recommend going with Youga1 or the Fire Burst version, as it's much easier to scale early on.
