2026 Ade Gale Laurels Open Final - Cycle Speedway

An elite field of 20 International riders lined up to contest the most coveted invitational individual of the year at Poole Cycle Speedway Club on the south coast. At the forefront were Pawel Szkudlarek from Ostrow in Poland, and Team mates from the Torun Club, Dawid Bas and Kosma Syrkowski who all travelled from western Europe trying to take the 2026 Title. Last years Champion Noah Woodhouse returns along with brother Luca, who a day earlier won the under 18 title! World Champ Lewis Brinkoff travels down from Great Blakenham (Ipswich) to compete along with James Porter and Ashley Hill. Tom Colling, Leon Penketh and Olly Saunders represent the colours of Southampton, Current British Champ and former British Champion Mark Boaler travel from Horspath. Owen Geach (Exeter) makes the short(ish) journey from Exeter, while Noah Lyon travels the furthest from Hull. Former World, European and British Champion Ben Mould fly the flag for the Birmingham Monarchs, as does the reliable and very strong Chris Timms. Recent Kesgrave CSC signing Kenzie Bennett loves the Poole track and will be looking to gain a podium spot at least. Finally, Home club Poole field Greg Gluchowski and Fez Langoo who on their day couls quite easily make the rostrum. Todays referee is Mr Tim Balding from Poole.
