We managed to "borrow" this snare straight from the Sonor stand at the UK Drum Show to bring you an exclusive first look and sound test in our studio room. We also sat down with Janis from Sonor to get the full scoop on why they are discontinuing the legendary Prolite and SQ1 series to make way for Momentum. He explains how this new "Made in Germany" line acts as the successor to both, offering the best features of the SQ1 (sound sustainers, mounts) with the versatility of the SQ2 line.
