According to the laws of physics, to supply a certain amount of heat to the heating system, that same heat must be generated in the boiler burner. If you know the calorific value of 1 kg of pellets, you can easily calculate the weight of pellets that must be burned every hour to produce the required amount of heat (kW). By adjusting the auger speed or the auger on/off parameters, you can precisely control the pellet supply to the pellet boiler. All that remains is to adjust the amount of air supplied by the fan in the pellet burner. The pellets must burn completely, leaving only ash. If your boiler consumes a lot of pellets and the ash drawer only contains ash, this means only one thing: your home needs insulation. Even a poorly adjusted boiler has a high efficiency, and all your heat is transferred to the heating system. No one is stealing your heat; only thin walls absorb more heat. To save pellets, you need to either insulate your home or reduce the temperature inside and wear warm clothing. Heating your home should be convenient and comfortable. Take advantage of all the automation options available to your heating system. Controlling your home's temperature via smartphone is now commonplace, and we even use it in our workshop to maintain the temperature inside the workshop.
