Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-19 authorizing a modified start time of 10:00 a.m. and a change in location for the June 16, 2026 regular meeting of the Board of Directors. 4. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-20 declaring two agency owned vehicles as surplus and authorize the General Manager to dispose of the property. PUBLIC HEARING 5. Public Hearing to present on the status of Agency vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts. DISCUSSION ITEMS 6. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-21 amending the Hallwood Irrigation Company Teichert Ditch & Pipeline Conversion Project Grant Agreement to reallocate $130,820.00 in unused grant funds to the Flow Control Automation Upgrade Project, increasing the total grant amount to $691,410.00. 7. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-22 amending the Camptonville Community Services District Campbell Gulch Diversion Reconstruction Project Grant Agreement to reallocate $81,041.35 in unused grant funds to the Chlorine Contact Tank Project, increasing the total Chlorine Contact Tank Project grant amount to $451,154.35. 8. Receive and file an update of the Agency’s 2023–2027 Strategic Plan and approve the 2026 Incident Addendum to guide prioritization of agency resources, staff efforts, and operational focus during recovery activities associated with the Penstock Incident. 9. Consider approval of the following: 1) the Yuba Water Agency Proposed Budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and 2) the updated Personnel Allocation Chart with the reduction/unfunded of 10 vacant positions. This was recommended to go to the Board as a discussion item by the Administration, Budget and Personnel Committee on May 19, 2026.
