(Vista Agency) Rome, June 26, 2026 The general debate on electoral law reform got off to a tense start in the Chamber. +Europa Secretary and minority rapporteur, Riccardo Magi, was expelled from the chamber after tearing down, during his speech, a poster against blocked lists bearing the slogan "Your vote counts for nothing." Magi continued his protest during the subsequent speech by Minister for Reforms Elisabetta Casellati. After three official warnings from the presiding judge, Anna Ascani, the MP was expelled, resulting in the suspension of the session less than an hour after the session began at 9:45 a.m. with the speech by Angelo Rossi (FdI).
