In this University of Suffolk webinar, Gemma Matten introduces Dr Rasem Qudaih, Course Leader for the AI and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 4). Launching in September 2026, the programme equips employees to identify inefficient processes, evaluate emerging tools, automate routine work and improve the use of organisational data.
