The Strange and Beautiful NPCs of Gen 3 Pokemon

In today's Pokemon deepdive, we explore the wonderful world of weird and silly NPCs on Pokemon on the Gameboy Advance. There is so much that goes massively underappreciated in the "everyone else" of these worlds, so let's take a journey through the ages and appreciate some of Pokemon's most interesting weirdos. Outside of the Pokemon themselves, the actual experience of playing Pokemon is largely defined by the kinds of people you run into the world. There's an identity baked into games that makes talking to people an interesting experience. You could receive an item, maybe a tip on gameplay, or perhaps just a story from this world. Everything is covered in that Pokemon coat of paint. From the Kanto region, to the Hoenn region, to the Sevii islands- I love it. This is my best attempt at covering as many characters as possible that I feel go unappreciated in gen 3 Pokemon.
