#cooking #cookingchannel #cookingvideo #recipes #recipe #morrow Taco Stromboli 1 lb ground beef 1/2 onion Pack of Taco Seasoning 1/8 cup water 1 can rotel 1 pizza crust 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups cheddar cheese Cilantro Brown 1 lb of ground beef with some diced onions. Once it is cooked, drain the grease completely. Add in a packet of taco seasoning, 1/8 cup of water and a can of drained Rotel. Let it cool completely. Roll out a pizza crust onto a piece of parchment paper. Top with 2 cups of chihuahua cheese, then the taco meat, then 2 cups of cheddar. Carefully roll it up and pinch all the seams together. Place it on a baking sheet. Brush with 2 tbsp of melted butter and top with a bit more of each cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is cooked through. Garnish with cilantro.
