Yikes. Words cannot express how rough it is firing up a game that has the Hi-Tech Expressions logo. Have I said that before? K, then you're hearing it again and this emphasizes the point. Hi-Tech was a publisher that teased you, because their games always looked like they could be fun, but they weren't. They were playable and looked decent, but after that, you felt a bit cheated. Same here. It looks fine and doesn't play awful, but it's a rough game that doesn't invite you to stick with it.
