🚇 Toronto Transit Commission - Real Time Journey - Line 4 - Yonge to Don Mills

📔 DESCRIPTION 📔 Take a ride in the cab of the TTC's (‪@OfficialTTCchannel‬) Line 4 subway, in real-time, from Sheppard-Yonge Station to Don Mills Station. The TTC's Line 4 subway opened in 2002 and is currently 5.5km in length with 5 stations and was the newest addition to the TTC subway network after Line 2 was first opened in 1966. While there has been criticism of Line 4 for its short length and relatively low ridership, proposals are now being drafted to extend Line 4 east to the intersection of Sheppard and McCowan where it would meet the new Line 2 extension that is now under construction from Kennedy to Sheppard; however, no funding or timeline has been given for the proposed Line 4 extension. All footage captured in this video was recorded on July 6, 2022. All filming was completed under authorization from the Toronto Transit Commission.
