Purchasing a homes in Jamaica it’s a very serious decision, especially when you’re planning for retirement on a budget,  once you purchased property most of the time you won’t know of the problems you bought into until disaster it either with flooding losing a roof sometimes it’s the HOA fees sometimes is the maintenance which is the upkeep of the property. You won’t know if you’re home can even withstand a hurricane or a minor earthquake until it happened, flooding have also become a big part of the problem for especially gated communities in Jamaica, which no one wants to talk about and we all know that over the years with all the buildings that’s going up it was about to happen again and some of the materials that they they’re using for building these homes cannot withstand water or wind
