#kinkku #leipä #juhlat #voileipäkakku Voileipäkakku kinkku-metwursti täytteellä oman makuni mukaan (voi siis säveltää muutakin) Paahtoleipäviipaleita (suuria) 24 kpl Kinkkua noin 350g Metwurstia noin 175g Punainen paprika Suolakurkkuja noin 1,5-2 dl Suolakurkkulientä noin 5 rkl Hienonna ainesosa kerrallaan kippoon esim.sauvasekoittimella Tuorejuustoa Aurinkokuivattu tomaatti (käy muutkin)300g Creme Fraiche 300g Majoneesia 6 rkl Sekoita kaikki keskenään tahnaksi. Maistele! Lisää jos siltä tuntuu. Päällinen: Creme Fraiche 300g Majoneesia 10 rkl Sekoita keskenään. Päälle koristeeksi juustoraastetta, kirsikkatomaattia, kurkkua, metwurstia ja kinkkua. Voi tehdä edellispäivänä valmiiksi.
