Carcinoma Penis desk 27 May26

This discussion is about a 35 year gentleman that got operated for cancer penis 3 years ago in the form of partial penectomy with no addressal of inguinal lymph nodes. He developed fungating lymph node masses bilaterally that are discharging foul smelling necrotic necrotic material and pus.He is on immunotherapy and was referred for salvage surgery as there is apparently no response . Imaging including PET-CT reveals no fat planes between lymph node masses and iliac vessels.The video of clinical pictures and physical examination would be discussed and the details would appear in the next video.
