Walking the Wales Coast Path - Swansea to Port Talbot
Yes I've picked up my walking boots again and I am walking snippets of the Wales Coast Path near to where I live. Today I catch the bus to Swansea and walk to Port Talbot. I was expecting the day to be industrial and gloomy but I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. Yes there is a heavy industrial past here but nature is reclaiming the land and there are some amazing old industrial buildings to be seen especially around the docks at Briton Ferry and the old Tennant Canal passes the largest area of fenland in Wales!
