I don’t know about you but we were ready to get back to some regular meals after eating all this party food. I took the last two weeks of the year off from work and I set myself up for some easy wins in the dinner department so I wouldn’t have to spend all my time off in the kitchen. I had a pantry and freezer stocked full of ingredients to make some of my family’s favorite quick and easy dinners. I put my crockpot to work for me, tried a new chicken dish I had been wanting to make, and we made some Oreo balls, too. It’s all quick, easy, delicious, down home food.
