The Governor was accompanied by the National Minister of Security, Alejandra Monteoliva, who thanked all the officers of the forces who "are the spirit of Plan Bandera" and praised the security work being carried out throughout the province. "Plan Bandera is the materialization of the coordinated effort between the National and Provincial governments; it is a reality," she stated. The ceremony took place this afternoon in Independence Park, and during it, the national official recalled that two years ago Santa Fe and Rosario "were going through a critical situation" and that the then-Minister Patricia Bullrich, together with the Governor, developed a security plan that is now showing results. “They met in the same room where we are meeting today. We remember those beginnings, which started with collaboration, coordination, and a conviction based on political will,” Monteoliva stated.
