SAPT Respectful Workplace Video Training

This training reinforces the in-person anti-harassment training apprentices receive in their first year. It focuses on the values and culture of Seattle Area Pipe Trades while also covering specific aspects of anti-discrimination law, including defining harassment and how to report it. It also includes a discussion of implicit bias and how it might lead to discrimination and harassment.
