Day 18/365 Gentle Yoga Flow Challenge

Good morning, I am fighting every day for a better life when I practice yoga on the mat. I fight for healthier breath, healthier thoughts, healthier joints, muscles, ligaments, organs, etc. I fight for a healthier flow of mind body spirit. I am always recreating a better version of myself that wants to experience more peaceful moments. I don’t need to live a chaotic lifestyle. I don’t want to be surrounded by toxic experiences. My whole beings wants to be filled with love, harmony, hope, productivity, liveliness, vitality. As I stretch into my hips I release a lot of pain. With this release I step more into inner peace.
