We often need to insert a JPG into AutoCAD. Either as a reference for tracing, or as an illustration for the project in question. But if you've ever done this, you've probably found that the JPG is out of scale, or that it's referenced from somewhere on your hard drive and disappears from your drawing if you delete or move it, and you want to die when this happens... So, in this very short video, I'm going to explain the best way to incorporate images into your AutoCAD drawing so that they remain embedded in the drawing instead of being stored on your hard drive, so that the image is never lost. I'm also going to show you how to scale it so that it's as close as possible to the scale you need.
