Today’s 10-minute exercise session is designed for everyone, but it is specially crafted with love for those managing arthritis, joint stiffness, or hand discomfort. Inspired by principles from the British Arthritis Society, this routine focuses on rebuilding your foundation, improving joint mobility, and unlocking your next tier of functional power without the burnout. No Grip? No Problem! If holding traditional weights causes discomfort in your hands or fingers, you can easily swap dumbbells for wrist and ankle weights. This is a fantastic option for arthritic fingers, allowing you to build strength safely and comfortably while keeping your hands completely relaxed. Note: There will be a quick moment in the setup where you can pause the video to put your wrist or ankle weights on before we begin.
