I came across some incredible backstreet gourmet food in the "hidden side of Hong Kong" that you won't find in any tourist guide. This time, I tried some local gourmet food at To Kwa Wan Street Market in To Kwa Wan, Hong Kong. I was blown away by the most local food I've ever had, but the food was absolutely delicious.
