3rd and Arizona "Moving Forward"
In the early 2000s, Michael Gans and Danny McGaw, buskers known as the "Peace Singers" of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade, set out on a West Coast journey in a vintage 1972 Dodge camper. Playing music wherever opportunity arose, they spent their days writing songs, meditating, and searching for spirituality, community, and self-discovery. Their travels began in San Diego and wound northward, ultimately reaching the mountains of Montana. Along the way, a newly inspired fan captured this performance live for an intimate private audience in a remote open space in Santa Cruz on his MiniDisc recorder , preserving a moment from a remarkable musical pilgrimage.
