This Path of Exile 2 best witch endgame build is a chaos lich build with some of the highest clear speed possible on a chaos DoT build. The build uses empowered chaos dots and massive amounts of chaos debuffs to clear massive packs and bosses in seconds. We have massive amounts of damage, and can take down some of the hardest mobs in seconds with our dark effigy totem and despair curse. On top of this we have massive amounts of defences with damage reductions, energy shield and some cool tech that boosts our ES regen.
