Hello, MBD in Onshape! A big release today as Onshape rethinks the way MDB is integrated into CAD

A long video - but no apologies, this is an important and interesting one. MBD is not a new topic, but it has been waiting for Onshape to rethink the approaches and implementation, to bring it to CAD workflows in a natural and useful way. Capture design intent and make it available for downstream human and /or machine usage. Communicate critical characteristics and requirements... Onshape now has MBD at its core, not as an add-on or afterthought. Sketches, features (including Custom features!) are tolerance-aware, enabling easy capture and communication. Onshape is for all - free, edu, as well as paid subscriptions get the same access. View only users can see the Inspection panel, the annotations, and semantic references to the characteristics. This is the first release of MBD in Onshape, and is not where it ends - there are lots of follow on capabilities we will be adding...
