11 JUL | Presentación de escultura "La Dulcera de La Ligua"

😊🧡💛This afternoon, in our Plaza de Armas in La Ligua, we inaugurated the sculpture “La Dulcera Liguana” (The Ligua Candy Maker). ✔️🤝The event was led by our mayor, Patricio Pallares Valenzuela, along with council members Enrique Areco Varela, Ligia Osorio Osorio, Mauricio Díaz Cancino, Camilo Castillo Limarí, and Claudia Cortez Osses. ✔️☝️This metal structure is approximately 3 meters tall and was created by the sculptor Sergio León Romero. 🙌This artwork is located in the heart of La Ligua, with the aim of honoring and celebrating our candy makers, who are a living heritage of the community. 🫶🏻Men and women who, through hard work, dedication, and commitment, have maintained this tradition for years, making it a symbol of identity both nationally and internationally. 💪As the Municipality of La Ligua, we will continue to strengthen public spaces and recognize those who contribute significantly to the development of our community. 👏Long live our candy makers! #MunicipalityInAction #MunicipalityForAll #LiguanaCandyMakers
