🌿 Filling the Empty Spaces Through Praying Together (Acts 1:12-26) After Jesus’ ascension, the disciples gathered in the upper room, waiting for the Holy Spirit. They did not scatter but prayed together. With one heart, they sought God’s will. And they did not turn away from the empty spaces that had arisen within the community. The descent of the Holy Spirit was not a sudden event. The Holy Spirit came upon those who had prepared through prayer, built the community together, and waited for God’s will. Today, we also have empty spaces. Empty spaces in the home, empty spaces in the heart, empty spaces in the community. God does not turn away from those empty spaces, and He fills them in His own way at His own time.
