Matese: dal Titerno al Lago sul finire d'inverno

The Matese is a truly spectacular place, which soon will become a great National Park. After the video on the Forre di Lavello (   • Video  ) dug by the river Titerno, we returned to the Matese to see higher altitude landscapes. Thanks to the phenomenal aerial shots of Roberto Marchesan, we can be enchanted to see the snowy beech forests, the peaks of Monte Miletto and Monte la Gallinola and observe the partially frozen expanses of the Lake of Matese. Particularly noteworthy is the geological splendor of this territory, which hosts a tectonic-karst morphology with few equals in Italy.
