Gemmy Rare Prototype Pop Culture Barney Fife

This is probably the only sample that still exists for Barney Fife. He was one of the last of the Pop Culture series and we never sold him into retailers. The series was nearing the end and we moved on to other items. He works but the head doesn't turn anymore. This should be a treat for some of you fans of the Pop Culture series.
