Tie-Dye Pattern : Sunflower Mandala Tapestry (H.W.I.)

Today I am demonstrating how to tie-dye a sunflower mandala tapestry using the h.w.i. (hot water irrigation) method. This is a step by step tie-dye tutorial video where we cover the entire process starting with the folding and drawing of our sunflower mandala outline pattern on the tapestry. Then we tie up the tapestry using sinew and apply our procion dye to the tapestry, and to finish up we apply our hot water spray to the tapestry using a garden pump sprayer, give it a good rinse, and jump right on into the reveal of our new sunflower mandala tie-dye tapestry.
