The issue of elderly care... an eternal challenge. I went to the orthopedic clinic this morning, and seeing the people receiving care made me think. The shortage of caregivers, the ever-increasing elderly population... I wonder if this country's elderly care system will be alright. Japan somehow manages to get by, and I think we'll overcome it with robots and such. But even if it's alright in the distant future, considering the current situation, I'm quite worried. We're helped in some ways by foreigners, and we're avoiding the elderly care field. I really need to seriously consider working in elderly care.
