Jaap is an embryologist and morphologist, together makes him an embryosopher. Jaap is convinced that we can learn from living nature. And how we should grow in a natural way as social organisms and develop ourselves. In his TEDx-talk he will show how embryonic growth and economic growth are (and are not) related to each other. Jaap van der Wal, born February 17 1947, and graduated as a doctor in 1973. He has worked at various universities in the Netherlands as anatomy embryologist. In March 2012 he retired, but still active with his project "Embryo in Motion". Jaap is an embryologist and morphologist, together makes him an embryosopher.
