'Mistaken identity' - Rwanda fugitive relatives claim South Africa's arrested the wrong man
Sixty-two-year-old Fulgence Kayishema is accused of being involved in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. He was tracked down through a multi disciplinary team on a farm in Paarl last week. However, his family and friends believe his arrest is a case of mistaken identity. #Rwanda
