PT. 4 Free Energy Neodymium Magnet Motor Generator Build Magnet Placement 3/25/2022

When putting the magnets in place be careful of the strength of the magnets. As you can see turning on the lathe at a decent RPM the magnets stay attached while spinning. The next step is to epoxy encapsulate in place to become a permanent part of the rotor. After looking at the plastic spacer we are going to allow some of the plastic to be trimmed off so we have as much epoxy coming in contact with the underside of the magnet facing the rotor. The spacer is made from plastic still will be used but trimming will allows more epoxy to come in contact with more of the bottom surface of the magnet to guarantee proper bonding to the magnet surface. Today 3/26/2022 we just purchase large quantities per bottle of epoxy A and B that will be used in securing the magnets in place. We purchased it at Michaels craft and hobby supplies here in Southgate Michigan.
