Perhaps you don't use one because you're unsure of its effectiveness or don't know which primer is right for you, or you just choose one without thinking. (I know how you feel! Plus, there are so many different types of primers these days, it can be hard to choose! 😭) But, understanding the different types of primers available and what they do is crucial to achieving a beautiful base makeup look. 🫡 (You could even say that the key to beautiful skin is using a primer to your advantage!) To help you understand the many different primers available, I've divided them into five categories. 👍 While showing my recommended primers for each category, I also demonstrated how they change when applied to skin and how the finish differs when applying foundation with and without primer. So... the video itself is just over 15 minutes long, but it took over two hours to film!
