Conflict and contradiction are the essences of disorder. We don’t see ‘what is’. Trying to transform ‘what is’ into ‘what should be’ is duality. The negation of all the content of consciousness is a religious mind. There is in us a sense of duality: the controller and the controlled, the observer and the observed, the experiencer and the experienced, the thinker and the thought. Meditation is to understand or come upon that space which is not put together by thought as the ‘me’ and the ‘not me’. --- This channel is managed by the Krishnamurti Foundation Trust​​, UK​, and by the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
