Gratinéed Meatballs: 1 kg ground beef 2 onions 2 cloves of garlic 1 handful of parsley 2 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs 750 ml tomato sauce 1 red bell pepper 1 stalk of celery 350 g mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste In a pan, sauté a finely chopped onion until golden brown. Add the sautéed onion to the ground beef along with chopped garlic, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into meatballs. In the same pan, sauté the remaining finely chopped vegetables, and once browned, add the tomato sauce. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and season to taste.
