Helping A Woman In Need - Free Kitchen Transformation, Declutter & Deep Clean

In this episode of Fife Free Cleaning, I carry out a free deep clean of a cluttered kitchen for a resident who has been struggling with a combination of autism, anxiety, and severe phobias, including a fear of spiders and people outside her flat. These challenges have made everyday tasks like cleaning and taking rubbish out extremely difficult, leaving the kitchen feeling overwhelming. In this video I remove rubbish, declutter the space, organise the cupboards, and deep clean the entire kitchen to help create a calmer and more manageable environment. While I focus on the kitchen, the resident is also working hard to clean other rooms in the flat at the same time.
