Otap is a Filipino puff pastry and a Cebu delicacy which is made out of flour, butter and sugar. It is crispy, flaky and a sweet type of biscuit that Filipinos love to eat. You can now make it at home or turn it into a home business with an easy step by step procedure for a delicious fresh from the oven treat for your coffee or tea. Otap Pastry Ingredients: 250g (2 cups) all purpose flour 200g (1 block) of cold salted butter, diced or you may cut it thinly 100g (1/2 cup) cold water Toppings: Softened butter Brown sugar If you are using unsalted butter, add 1/4 tsp iodized salt Baking Time: Preheat oven at 200⁰C for 15 mins.
