In a decade, the Dutch discounter has established itself in France. In this period of inflation, its very low prices continue to attract more and more customers. Complément d'enquête discovered how the retailer negotiates with its suppliers to obtain the lowest possible prices, sometimes at the expense of product quality and safety. From receiving products in its warehouses to stocking shelves in stores, Action relies on a meticulously planned organization where every second counts.
