No Other Gods

What a powerful start we have had this past Sunday to our series on the Ten Commandments, “Engraved”. Pastor Dave exposed to us in this scripture the immensity and power of the Holiness of God. He showed us the relationship between law and grace and that from Old Testament to New Testament they are allies. Even before God gave the law, His grace did abound as we saw in verse 2. Let us also know the purpose of the law, which is to know God, to know His will, and to give us a mirror of the sin in our hearts. The reason we need a Savior Jesus Christ who fulfills the law. Join us this Sunday as Pastor Dave continues to proclaim the power of the message in Exodus 20:1-3. This week pray over the question: “Do you love the law as David loved it in Psalm 119:97?”
