✡ Gentile Attends 1st Messianic Jewish Service

By viewers request, attended a Messaniac Jewish service for the first time. I initially dismissed it, mainly because I wanted to focus on Christianity and churches (that didn't count synagogues, mosques, temples, etc.). After getting more requests, I learned Messianic Jews ARE Christians that believe in Yeshua (a.k.a. Jesus) as the Messiah, while maintaining Jewish customs. Wait... WHAT?! How does that work? After all, there's so much instruction in the New Testament about Old Covenant traditions being unneeded after Christ's atonement. While kicking around Google to search if visiting a Messianic Jewish synagogue would be a worthwhile visit, it seemed like all of them had lousy Google reviews. Upon further inspection, many contained 1-star reviews from opponents of the movement - citing the lack of transparency and saying these were Christian churches in Jewish clothing. The ill-will levied at this religious movement introduced a whole new world that I knew little about. For Week 38, decided to visit a Messianic Jewish congregation who worships in a fellowship center where the senior teacher doubles as a rabbi on Saturday morning, then a pastor on Sunday. I had to check this place out.
